Bowel Cancer on the Rise

Its disappointing to see that the rate of bowel cancer is increasing amongst younger people.

Bowel cancer is one of the most preventable types of cancer.

I wrote my memoir "Running the Marathon with Cancer" partly to encourage others to be tested and to hopefully avoid what I went through.
